1) Before I give the person I am interviewing the notecard with my business concept on it, I will briefly go over what I have asked in the past interviews. I will also give them a brief idea of the answers I received to further support my business idea. Then after they read my notecard I will ask them how they reacted to the business concept.

3) From the interviews, I have learned whether or not my business will be successful and well received by my target demographic (young adults/college students) I was not particularly surprised by the results because there are not too many cons to a fast, healthy, and inexpensive food option. As a result of my interviews, I have gained a new perspective on the points of my business plan people made a point of saying they liked and the ones they simply thought were okay.
Unfortunately your video is marked as private so I was unable to see the interviews. For that same reason I am struggling to provide an constructive criticism or positive accolades since I am unclear of the business itself outside of it being healthy fast food options. I too feel like you cannot go wrong with that idea however, in our work cafeteria, they have currently started carrying things like kale chips, coconut water and but mixes so I guess my question for you is how would you differ from competitors?
If you would like to check out my business idea, please see the following link:
Grace, I can't watch the videos either. Not sure if this was on purpose or not, I know some people I interviewed didn't feel comfortable having video of themselves posted online. I think the interview process would have been more natural if we didn't have to video record them - maybe just audio would be better. Here's the link if you want to check out mine (http://taylorjnoe.blogspot.com/2016/02/customer-interviews-no-3.html).
As for the idea itself, I think it's a great idea, people love inexpensive, yummy, and healthy.
